This course provides students with an examination of project management techniques, tools and strategies. Through lectures and self-assessment exercises, students gain exposure to project management from inception to implementation to monitoring and evaluation. Topics include: project definition, lifecycles, planning, control and reporting.

- Identify the interlinking and interrelation of project management processes
