Only eligible course or module orders completed through the EBS student portal during this period qualify. Enquiries, incomplete orders and orders submitted outside the promotional period do not qualify.

The promotion applies only to courses or modules specifically included in the Black November offer. Eligible online University Extra Lessons (UNISA-aligned) offerings are shown in the relevant fee schedules.

Option 1: Pay upfront and receive 10% off

• The full eligible course or module fee must be paid upfront during the offer period.
• The full discounted amount must be paid using an upfront payment method offered for the order and by the stated due date.
• The discount applies only to eligible tuition or extra-lesson fees.
• External institution fees, prescribed textbooks, data, banking charges and other costs are excluded unless EBS expressly confirms otherwise in writing.

Option 2: Pay by instalments

• The payment term is extended by two additional monthly instalments compared with the standard payment term for the same registration.
• Payments begin in November 2026. The first instalment is due in November 2026, with remaining instalments due monthly according to the schedule issued for the order.
• The full course or module fee remains payable. The additional instalments extend the time allowed for payment; they do not reduce the price.
• The exact number of instalments, amounts and due dates will be shown on the student portal or in the payment schedule issued by EBS.
• If you register after one or more instalment due dates, amounts already due may be payable when you register.

No. Black November discounts cannot be combined with repeat-student or return-student discounts.

If you qualify for both the Black November offer and a repeat- or return-student discount, only the single discount that provides the greater monetary saving will be applied. Discounts will not be added together.

The existing EBS cancellation and refund policy continues to apply to Black November registrations. The promotion does not create a separate refund policy or additional refund entitlement.

Refund eligibility, time limits, administration fees and banking charges will be determined under the policy applicable to your registration type.

Early access to course content: If you request and receive early access before the published course commencement date, the date on which you first access any course content will be treated as your course start date when calculating cancellation and refund time limits.

The calculation will not begin from the later published commencement date or from the date you start studying more actively. If you do not receive early access, the course commencement date published by EBS will apply.

EBS may use its platform access records to establish the first-access date.

Employer payments

If your employer will be paying for your studies, please contact EBS before completing your order to confirm the invoicing arrangement and whether it can be accommodated within the Black November registration process.
