As an EBSdotCOZA student, there are many quick and efficient payment options available to you when paying upfront or over terms.
For Upfront payments:
- Payfast Debit / Credit card
- Payfast Instant EFT
- Direct Deposit
- Mobicred - SIGN UP HERE
Notes for Upfront payments:
- Mobicred terms are subject to Mobicred Terms and Conditions.
- Please be sure to sign up with Mobicred before processing your registration.
- No EBSdotCOZA admin fee will be added to Mobicred payments, Mobicred fees apply.
For EBSdotCOZA Terms payments:
- Payfast Debit / Credit card
Notes for EBSdotCOZA Terms payments:
- The payment terms available are specified on checkout.
- Payment on terms carries a 5% or 10% administration fee calculated on the sum of the tuition fees.
- There will be an administration of R300 fee levied on declined/bounced Payfast collections for which the student will be liable and must be settled along with the amount in arrears before access is granted again.
How to use EBSdotCOZA Terms payments:
- Log in:
- Select Register for modules
- Type in modules and select then click search (when all are done)
- Click Checkout
- Select Payfast and available terms and pay now
- NOTE if selecting 12-month option through Mobicred, select full payment and Mobicred
I registered, what happens now?
If you have successfully registered and sent through your proof of payment, you will be loaded on the Google Classroom within 24 hours - 48 hours of registration. Instructions will be sent to you from an administrator.

Is the portal the same as Google Classroom?
The Student Registration Portal and Google Classroom are not the same.
The Student Registration Portal is used to process registrations while Google Classroom is used to stream all our recorded lectures.
When will I get access to my videos?
You will be sent an email from EBSdotCOZA stating you are successfully registered and your modules are ready to access at your convenience.
How does Google Classroom work?

How long will I have access?
Undergraduate students
Our tuition support is aligned with the University syllabus and exam dates.
Therefore, students will be granted access to the Online content for the duration of the semester of which their exam is written.
Should a student receive a supplementary exam, the student will need to reregister for the module in the following semester.
Should the student defer their exam to the following semester, the student must produce proof of the deferral and contact admin immediately.*
*It is at managements discretion whether the student will be granted access for the following semester.
Postgraduate students
Our tuition support is aligned with the University syllabus and exam dates.
Therefore, students will be granted access to the Online content for the duration of the year of which their exams are written.
Should the student defer their exam to the following semester, the student must produce proof of the deferral and contact admin immediately.*
Should the EBS registered student wish to be granted access in the event of supplementary examinations, the student in question is to contact admin*
*It is at managements discretion whether the student will be granted access.
Exam Preparation / Revision course students
Our tuition support is aligned with the University syllabus and exam dates.
Therefore, undergraduate students will be granted access to the Online content up until the date their exam is written in the current semester.
Postgraduate students will be granted access duration of the year of which their exams are written.
Should the postgraduate student wish to be granted access in the event of supplementary examinations, the student in question is to contact admin*
*It is at managements discretion whether the student will be granted access.
Why am I receiving errors on Youtube when wanting to
watch my lectures?
You may be experiencing errors viewing the videos because you may not be signed in with our EBS student account.
Alternatively, please check your internet connection if you are experiencing an ongoing issue.
